Manage construction sites and projects in one workspace with BuilderMonitor

BuilderMonitor's projects module for the field: hierarchical WBS with physical and cost rollups, site inspections with evidence, pendencies and recovery plans, follow-up dashboards and alerts, plus weekly and monthly reports. Organization roles keep each team's work separated and private.

Who it is for

For teams that need real obra control—structured WBS, inspections, recovery plans, and reporting—not another generic task board.

Project controls and PMO
Align schedule, cost, and physical progress with one WBS and rollup engine, dashboards, and the weekly curve—so leadership sees the same picture as the site.
Site and construction management
Give field leaders obra status, pendencies, and recovery plans in one place instead of scattered spreadsheets.
Quality and inspection teams
Centralize inspections and evidence per obra so follow-ups, alerts, and reports share one audit-friendly trail.

BuilderMonitor — construction management features

WBS, progress, and weekly curve
Structure each obra with a hierarchical WBS, weights, and monitoring gates. Roll physical and cost progress to the project view, dashboards, and the weekly curve.
Site inspections and evidence
Log inspections with structured findings and file evidence so quality and safety stay traceable against the WBS.
Pendencies, recovery plans, and reports
Run pendencies through status workflows, attach recovery plans, and monitor alerts and dashboards. Export persisted weekly and monthly reports from the same source of truth.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about BuilderMonitor for teams evaluating construction delivery software.

What are projects in BuilderMonitor?

Projects in BuilderMonitor cover construction delivery. Your organization manages obras with a configurable WBS, physical and cost tracking, site inspections with evidence, pendencies and recovery plans, dashboards and alerts, and weekly and monthly reports. A mobile app supports field teams with the same workflows.

What is BuilderMonitor?

BuilderMonitor is the online workspace where your organization runs projects: projects, teams, permissions, and billing in one place. You use it in the browser (including on mobile); we operate the service and ship improvements continuously as a cloud product.

How does billing work?

Plans are priced per organization. Free, Pro, and Enterprise set how many members and pending invites you can have, as shown in the pricing section. Online subscription checkout may be available depending on how your workspace is set up; Enterprise is agreed directly with our team.

Is our data separated from other customers?

Yes. Each organization has its own workspace—people only see projects and colleagues from their own company (and guests you invite). Access follows roles such as owner, admin, and member so teams only touch what they should.

Can we self-host BuilderMonitor?

No. BuilderMonitor is a cloud SaaS product. We host and maintain the application so your team can focus on delivering obras instead of operating infrastructure.

How do Free, Pro, and Enterprise differ?

They mainly differ by how many team members and pending invitations your organization can have, as listed on each plan card. Enterprise suits organizations that need higher limits or tailored terms—contact us to discuss.
