How does billing work?▾

Plans are priced per organization. Free, Pro, and Enterprise set how many members and pending invites you can have, as shown in the pricing section. Online subscription checkout may be available depending on how your workspace is set up; Enterprise is agreed directly with our team.

Is our data separated from other customers?▾

Yes. Each organization has its own workspace—people only see projects and colleagues from their own company (and guests you invite). Access follows roles such as owner, admin, and member so teams only touch what they should.

Can we self-host BuilderMonitor?▾

No. BuilderMonitor is a cloud SaaS product. We host and maintain the application so your team can focus on delivering obras instead of operating infrastructure.

How do Free, Pro, and Enterprise differ?▾

They mainly differ by how many team members and pending invitations your organization can have, as listed on each plan card. Enterprise suits organizations that need higher limits or tailored terms—contact us to discuss.
